Over a decade of service to "at-risk" populations has equipped Anthony Ellison with a comprehensive skill set in program management, policy comprehension, and the implementation of support services tailored to the unique challenges faced by various communities. His career has spanned roles that required adept handling of annual budgets, staff supervision, strategic planning, and effective coordination of activities aimed at enhancing the lives of middle school students, incarcerated individuals, and families in need. Anthony’s leadership as a Director of Program Operations showcases his capability in managing significant program budgets, ensuring compliance, and fostering team efficiency to achieve program goals.

Anthony’s academic background in Theology/Theological Studies and Sociology, combined with a deep commitment to personal and community development, underpins his work. Through roles at several Social Services agencies, he developed specialized skills in community engagement, program evaluation, and the provision of counseling services. These experiences have honed his ability to create environments that support growth, self-sufficiency, and positive change, emphasizing the importance of investing in individuals and communities for sustainable impact.
